I would recommend this geek squad, good service and replacement

Microwave is a quality product that satisfies our home needs.

I purchased a new microwave oven for my parents and I really wanted to make sure they were protected in case of defects. It provided them piece of mind.

I always get 2 year geek squad coz you never know what may happen. I did this on a previous microwave and they gave me a newer one. highly recommended

Bought this as a just in case and the price seemed right for the protection offered. Hopefully it will not need to be used but great piece of mind.

Geek Squad has been extremely helpful in the past. Their protection plan has come in very handy with my laptops over the past year.

Fix it or replace it, what else you need to know. There is fine print, but nothing too complicated or fishy. As long as you play by the rules, you will get it fixed or replaced.

I always choose to have this option from Best Buy for expensive household items, such as microwave. GEEK SQUAD will take care of item if it has malfunction.

When you have to use the warranty service the geek squad is fantastic. I don’t like buying warranties but in some cases it just makes sense.

I always buy protection plans they always work for me when I have an issue I either get it fixed or replaced worth it

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. They were completely unwilling to accommodate and consistently deflected instead of offering any real explanation. When I asked where their policy states that a GE countertop microwave qualifies as a small appliance, they couldn’t provide an answer. Meanwhile, GE’s own website clarifies that these microwaves are not considered small appliances. Which makes sense since they weigh nearly 50 pounds. Rather than addressing the issue, the representative (Edwin) simply dismissed my concerns by saying I was “frustrated” and hanging up on me. I do not recommend Best Buy or Geek Squad to anyone.
