    Easy to use the first time for a small appliance, but if the replacement product fails, too, this plan is hard to use and the plan is automatically canceled.

    i was not happy with the geeksquad,.i bought my phone withe the geek squad when my phone has issues the said that i need to pay extra 100$ before the will attented any repair work,meanwhile i paid for the geeksquad protection already

    I was instructed by Best Buy to bring the microwave in after it died. When I brought it in, the geek squad said I was supposed to use the at home services. Can’t tell you how mad I was.

    The sales person always says all these things t h at are covered by geek squad but only have of it is true. Takes a long time to get through on the phone, guy that comes out to address issues usually doesn't have the parts or knows not much about what is going on

    Leakage Interferes with Bluetooth Signal

    The microwaves are leaking out of the microwave oven itself, which results in very poor heating and sever interference with other devices in the household.

    It doesn’t tack on to the manufacturing warranty but works side by side with manufacturer warranty which is useless. Why would we need 2 warranties for the same first year?!?

    I was expecting equipment to be replaced during the coverage but they gave residual value of the equipment which was substantially less than the cost for buying new equipment
