Great services and connection. I recently used Geek Squad for a computer repair, and overall, I was impressed with the service. Scheduling an appointment was straightforward through the Best Buy website, and I was able to get a same-week slot at a nearby store.

Geek squad protection plans are the absolute best anytime you have problems you take it into the store and they have service or they come to your home to service it

Very quite. You can also turn off the beeping sound and blue light. Press the "8" button to mute. Hold the stop/cancel button to turn off the light. I live in a dorm like room, so prefer a quite microwave oven and sometime use it late night, im glad how quite it is when running. It is more powerful that enough to heat up all my frozen meals, so no need to worry about the power unless you cooking a frozen turkey. It is also big enough to put a 13 diameter plate. I'd recommend to students or office workers that have limited space and want quite environment.

I hate having to give such a nice microwave a low rating, but I must. This model, just like another brand I bought and had to return, has a serious air leak in-between the door windows. Otherwise, it's a gorgeous machine with many unique, useful features.________ Yesterday we cooked fresh green beans with a little water in the container for 5 minutes. Steam leaked in-between the 2 panes of door glass and fogged up about 1/3 of the window!! And, there's already a haze developing even after the fogging evaporated, which would certainly get worse and worse with time.________ I emailed LG, and the rep. tried to tell me it was "normal". Yeah, right!! I've owned several different brand microwaves over the years, and never had that issue until now with this LG and that another brand I had to return. It makes me wonder if different brands all buy their door window assemblies from one manufacturer that's making defective units. Sort of like how diff. car companies all got defective air bags from one bad manufacturer.________ So, this microwave goes back to Best Buy. I'll try purchasing a 2nd one in the hopes this one is just a lemon, but I fear it might be an airbag-type situation.

I bought a four year protection plan with my Samsung microwave purchase. Definitely worth the price. I had previously bought a Panasonic microwave from another business, and it died after just three months. During the pandemic, Panasonic repair options are nonexistent. I could no longer return it, nir get it repaired. At least with Best Buy I can just bring it in for repair or replacement!

I bought this microwave oven three weeks ago and am glad I did. Having the buttons inside the door works well, and since I have the door open to put food inside, it's not an inconvenience. The sensor codes are easy to understand. I like the ability to set and add time on the door. Food heats and defrosts quickly and evenly. This microwave oven looks nice and is simple to use.

I've owned this microwave for about a year and a half. I loved it for the first year. It cooks very well and looks nice in its little alcove. It compliments our high-end stainless appliances. Unfortunately, after a year, it started to fall apart. It doesn't get heavy usage, so there is no reason except it is made with very poor quality materials. The door release button broke right at a year. The internal plastic stick/strip that holds the button in place snapped in half. It is a thin piece of plastic with a triangle on the end to hold it in place, but the triangle broke off. My guess is that it was designed to last about a year or two, at most. The microwave worked well and I was able to put the button back and just push it very carefully and readjust it after use, so we continued to use it. There isn't a way to just buy a new door release button, sadly. Now there is suddenly a loud groaning or whining during use - but only about half of the time. It sounds like a spooky horror movie in our house, which is always pleasant at 6 am. The only thing we can come up with is that the turntable motor is starting to break. I'm 50 years old and my microwaves have always lasted 5+ years. Usually they last around 10 years. I've have never had a microwave fall apart, but this one is made so poorly that it is literally falling apart after a year. It's a shame too, because it cooks very well and I'm pleased it in that respect. So BUYER BEWARE! It's great for about a year and then begins to fall apart. If you only need it for about a year, then it's a really nice microwave. Otherwise, spend your money on something that will last for longer than a year or two. :( *To submit this review, I have to choose "yes" or "no" to the question, "would you recommend Geek Squad to a friend." I haven't used Geek Squad and that has nothing to do with a microwave review, so I don't have a response. I selected "no" because "n/a" isn't an option. Ridiculous.

This is the best microwave I have ever owned. Worth every penny. We have been using it for two years now and have had no problems.

I love this microwave. It has a lot of different autocook settings. I was told that the door was a weakness in this model but as long as your careful you should not have a problem.

Always get this warranty for microwaves. Really all appliances - you won’t be sorry.

We have had this microwave less than 2 years and the turn table stopped working and now the control panel is not working (so we can’t use it). Marked 3 stars due to durability.

Great item. Cost of protection is very affordable. I am happy I purchased it.

We are going on our third one! With the first one we purchased a 5 yr extended warranty($19.) and it died at 4yrs 11 months! Best Buy was excellent and replaced it .The replacement just failed at 5yrs.! The new ones can only be purchased w a 4 yrextended warranty. All that being said, don't expect it to last more than 5yrs IF your lucky! P.S. The machine works great and is cheap enough for its size.

They’re great if you can afford the extra cost. Im on a budget so it doesn't work for me.
