does not cook well
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am tired of under cooked potatoes and it does not do brown rice at all . Only white. Do not like this microwave. I would like to sell it and get something else. Would not buy this one again

Unreliable

We bought the same one hoping it was a fluke and wanted it to match. BIG mistake...the second one barely made it three years and the key pad is out. I will be looking for a different brand this time!

Poor keypad quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Three years old, rarely used and keypad went bad. You cannot order a replacement. It has to be fixed by service technician for more than the cost.
