Have a great experience when I had to use geek squad

Love Best Buy Warranty. The only problem they charge way to much but so easy to return products and replace. I have used before.

DO NOT purchase from Best Buy - Horrible customer service. If you want to speak to someone at the store, you must go there in person. They do not take calls at the store. We purchased a microwave that died after just 2 1/2 years. Thankfully we had the extended warranty. However, when I went into the store, I was told by the person that looked up my account that they would replace the microwave. When my husband returned it the next day, he was told they would have to fix it. You cannot call and talk to anyone at the store. You must physically be there to get told different things.

Have a large family, Insurance is a must. Crazy not to have

we always get protection plans with appliances, just never know when you will need it

They thoroughly explain the coverage and keep their word.
