Fast friendly people never a problem with warranty

I haven’t had to use this geek squad protection plan, but generally I enjoy the protections!

Geek squad protection is always worth it. Good value and good service if and when needed.

For a small price we have the assurance that our microwave will be repaired or replaced should anything go wrong. Wise purchase!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. They were completely unwilling to accommodate and consistently deflected instead of offering any real explanation. When I asked where their policy states that a GE countertop microwave qualifies as a small appliance, they couldn’t provide an answer. Meanwhile, GE’s own website clarifies that these microwaves are not considered small appliances. Which makes sense since they weigh nearly 50 pounds. Rather than addressing the issue, the representative (Edwin) simply dismissed my concerns by saying I was “frustrated” and hanging up on me. I do not recommend Best Buy or Geek Squad to anyone.

Excellant plan for geek squad service. Any problems with computer I log in and they update my computer fast and easy

This was one of the best gadet we ever brought for the house

The Geek squad agents are doing better than before. I was able to get help at the Chino Store to install office on my computer. The tech was kind. However, a lot of improvement is still needed.
