Highly Recommend You Start Getting a Protection Plan, if you don’t do so already

After the squad came and worked on my tv I am purchasing everything I can from Best Buy and adding the Geek squad.

I should have read the one-star reviews. I have owned this microwave for just under a year and have been very gentle with it (no damage or mishandling), and I can confirm what a few others have said about the microwave turning on and running by itself. I left for work yesterday morning and hadn't used it at all that day or even touched it, it was off. I came home 12 hours later and it was on/running by itself. Luckily my microwave plate cover wasnt inside like it usually is. I have no idea how long it was on or running for. Display read 0:00. But who knows what could have happened - maybe if I didn't come home in time, it could have caught fire. No idea. But it wouldn't turn off using the buttons either, I had to finally unplug it from the wall to get it to stop. I would not risk getting this microwave!

Just an overall great service, they will always try to find a solution and if not replace it.

Hope we never NEED to use this. But with the sale on the microwave it was like getting a free extra warranty

Purchased for my Ipad Air. Hopefully, never have to use it and it only lasts 2 years. Price increased alot over the last time.

Geek squad mounted and connected my tv to Wi-Fi. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Make sure you request for geek squad as third party installers are also used.
