Bought this warranty because you just never know when you need it & you don’t have it i& when you don’t have it you need it and that’s why I got it.

I'm glad we paid the extra $10.00 for the extra extended warranty because our last microwave didn't last 2yrs. It's a mind ease for only a few bucks.

Warranty is good if you want it to assure yourself no headaches. I used one for my old tv and Best Buy replaced it when other tv couldn't be fixed.

It was a small microwave that I handled myself with a little help from my neighbor. I have not used my 4 year warranty at this time.

This product is great. I’ve only used it once or twice and received fantastic service. I like that I’ve got some back up support if something goes wrong.
