I usually do not buy extended warranties. I purchased this for a microwave oven. The oven was around 300 dollars. Lol good thing I did as the microwave died after 15 months, Best Buy was great! At first they looked at it and figured it was best not to attempt to fix it. They then gave me a Best Buy card for my full price I paid!!! I just used the Best Buy card and purchased a new microwave.

They are always so helpful. I can always rely on their services and they are happy to assist.

We really appreciate being able to have a four year protection plan on our products.

We always get protection on all of our best buy items which has been such a god send! We love you Best Buy keep doing what you’re doing! there protection policy’s are the best! Will never get one from any other store other than Best Buy! That’s a fact!

We purchased a new computer from Best Buy and joined the Geek Squad to install it and upgrade our router so that we could stream movies. Martin B was the Geek Squad member who installed the new router in different locations through the house and he did a great job. We were streaming movies last night. Thank you Martin for doing such a good job and showing up on time it was a pleasure and Geek Squad is lucky to have you.

Purchase protection plan selectively. When I've had an issue with a product, replacement easy.

Received opened it up placed on counter. Working just fine. Purchased warranty for peace of mind. Products made but imperfect people mean product are not perfect, although there are exceptions

I have purchased at least 6 large tv’s, microwaves, sound system and had all tv’s installed by Gerk Squads! Very satisfied!

Need to help your high price warranty. I say it useful to get on items over $150. Saves you from stuff breaking after a year. I get one if look to help you in the future!

The greatest thing about this service is the very reasonable price for the warranty service is all you have pay. No extra service fees or extra deductibles. No hassles, no arguments or squabbling. If the product breaks or fails, within the contract term guidelines, the Geek Squad will service, replace, or refund. I am a GS fan.

Best Buy employees said that the 2 year warranty would allow for a no hassle replace if the microwave failed. When it failed 17 months after purchase, the would not honor that promise, but forced us to pay the difference in the price since it increased since the first purchase. The same model was available but they would not swap it without us paying more, Don't trust the sales people that push these extended warranties as they over promise and when you need it, under deliver.

Very impressive. The Sharp microwave is so quiet, you have to look at it to see if it is running. The controls are easy to maneuver around. I also like the presets. It's also easy to clean.

We have always had extended warranty’s on our appliances. Even our microwave. One died in three years. We had four years warranty. Microwaves tend not to be repaired. They credit you or swap it out.

Glad I can rest easy knowing I have the 4 year protection on my GE 1.6 cu ft microwave. Even better they matched the price when it went on sale shortly after purchase!

I got this protection with a microwave that I purchased and I am glad I did because my microwave stopped working and I took it back and we exchanged it for a new one with no problems, but I got a different brand and was I glad the brand that I got was out of stock so I was able to get a new one at equal value. I have gotten the extended protection on several products and it has saved me a bundle.
