I have had to use the Product Protection plan only two products I purchased from Best Buy in the pass. All went well. No run around, no denying the purchased product. I have purchase numerous products from Best Buy only complaint is slow service. If you looking to purchase similar product from Wal-Mart, beware they DO NOT stand behind their product.

Never buy anything without Geek Squad!! They are your protection from all the crazy crap effecting computers! For over 14 years I've been buying best buy with Geek squad and I can tell you, I been helped, refunded, repaired so so many times I lost count! The plans stand on their own!

Best buy has the greatest warrentys in the buisness. Thats why i bought every major and most minor electronic and appliance pucrchaces from best buy. There warrentys are awsome no questions asked just bring it back and get a new one. As simple as that..

Used this protection plan to replace a microwave that had died less than a year after purchase. The Best Buy protection plans are the best, & they never give you any hassle, which is awesome.

I love best buys extended warranty packages. They are really easy to use, no hassle. Always very satisfied. I just miss not being able to extend after the first time it expires.

I really like this toaster, but I find that it works best when set on number 2. Anything higher than 2 with my particular toaster left me with burnt edges on my toast. Other than that it's a pretty nice toaster.

I have two laptops and one desktop in the home. Games are played on the one laptop. I've had to use Geek Squad three times within a year to fix all of the problems with it. They do it, no questions asked. Plus, after fixing the problems, they do a tune up and make sure everything works properly. This service is well worth the cost.

Get the protection! My microwave tapped out after less than two years of usage. But since I had the geek squad protection on it I was able to just exchange it for a new microwave and keep it moving.

I expect I bought this for my daughter's computer. I love Geek protection. I've always had excellent service on whatever product I've bought it for, which is dozens of things. They'll fix it or give you a new one. Huzzah!

Never really had to use it but when I have it saved me $$. I don’t have the income to spend hundreds on an I got to do this now basis. So it can come in handy.

Strictly depending on the price, I recommend Best Buy's standard 2 or 4 year Geek Squad protection. If your item fails, you just take it back to the store and get a new one. No boxing or shipping involved!

The Geek squad members came with my TV and hooked it up and it didn't take long at all. I am very pleased with their service and the coverages.
