Haven't used the Geek Squad protection for my LG microwave as yet. I took my dead LG NeoChef back to the store and got the exact same model. The second one worked perfectly. Hopefully I won't need the protection plan, but after my original one died in less than 2 years, and the first LG was DOA...at least I have this.

Insurance, Insurance, insurance if something were to happen. Only once did I have an issue and Best Buycame through without a hitch.
