Geek squad does offer decent service. They can't do everything but they sure do offer a good amount of services and support.

I always get a service contract at Best Buy. You wouldn't believe how many times I have had to use them over the years on one product or another.

We pretty much always sign up for coverage with electronics. Had to replace a unit and got excellent service without grief from the repair desk. Very satisfied.

I got insurance didn’t have to perches the item again out of pocket they just exchanged it and allow me to add insurance to the replacement this is awesome they go above and beyond for their shoppers great service

Microwave was just purchased April 30, 2023, less than a month ago, so I have not had a need to use the Geek Squad Service. I like to know that I have the protection just in case I need it though. :)
