The agents were of big assistance when I was transferring from one tablet to another. The tablet kept giving error messages that I could not resolve, the sales associate sent me to geek squad who solve my issue and imported my apps to my new tablet.

Made it almost a year. Today while cooking in what we normally do, it started soarking! Made sure no metal but kept happening. Looks like time for a new one but is under the 2 yr warranty so hope to get a replacement. Other than this, we have had excellent experience with this machine.

You never go wrong with adding an extended warranty especially at Best Buy. I hope we never have to use it. But if we do we know that any issues we have will get fixed and everything will be taken care of through the geek squad

I ALWAYS BELIEVE IN SUPPORTING THE TEAM WHERE I PURCHASED MY PRODUCT. IN THIS DAY AND AGE PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE BUILT LIKE THEY WERE YEARS AGO SO A LITTLE ADDED PROTECTION AND A RESONABLE COST IS WELL WORTH IT.
