Geek Squad has assembled my vacuums before I left the store. They didn't have to. They did so willingly and quickly. The people know their stuff, are friendly and go beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend.

I always feel better if I get the geek squad protection. If something goes wrong I know I have someone to depend on. I have had to use a couple of them and the service is wonderful. Worth the money for sure.

I think its worth it. My last microwave went south and bc i had the extended warranty, i was able to purchase a new one since it was not able to be repaired.

I recently bought an open box Alienware laptop. When it was sold to me, the floor demo stuff was still on it. They wiped it clean within 45 minutes. It was as if I bought it brand new!

The best warranty around i always get the warranty i have hundreds of them and if something brake or not working right it is easily replaced, please get the warranty when buying from bestbuy it's worth it

I love the Geek Squad! I have minimal technical skills. I can call them when it is convenient for me and get the help I need. I think a service contract with them is a fabulous investment.
