We have found that purchasing the Geek Squad Protection Plan very much worth the investment. Always have been sorry when not purchased.

I always buy the Geek Squad protection plan. It is well worth the money. I have used it before and have not been disappointed at all.

excellent purchase to assure you got extended warranty for your appliances whwn its manufacturer warranty expires which is normally just 1 year.

I always buy geek squad because I love the Best Buy’s warranty. It’s so easy to use.

Extremely disappointed in the 4 year protection plan. I purchased a microwave and was told the 4 year plan was a full replacement plan, so I bought it. That turned out not to be true. The microwave lasted 33 days before it completely stopped heating. Instead of a replacement they sent it out for repair (2-3 weeks). If it costs too much to fix, they said they’d give me a store credit for the purchase price. And if I choose to buy a new one, I’d have to purchase a new protection plan. I’ll also lose the $70 off for the sale price if it’s not still on sale. So if it can’t be fixed, my “4 year protection plan” will have lasted 33 days, it will have cost me $110, and I won’t even have a microwave, just a store credit that doesn’t include what I paid for the protection plan. The protection plan is definitely not worth it, especially if the product only lasts a few weeks.

Geek squad good to get easy process when it gets damage.. Good service...i recomend getting the protection .. You never know what may happen.

Had reason to use the protection for a product the just stopped working. Best Buy stood behind their offer and replaced item lickity split.

I purchased this warranty for peace of mind, I don't think I'll have to use it.

Their protection plans are always great. I never have to argue with them like some other places. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. No complaints

this is good to have you will never know when you gonna need it i always get it when i buy a new item at best buy

All protection plans I've got from Geek Squad have been awesome haven't had much trouble to actually utilize which is a benefit

Geek Squad is cool, so far no issues with the returns, or devices.

When you buy and accidental broke the item they will replace it right away

I'm glad we paid the extra $10.00 for the extra extended warranty because our last microwave didn't last 2yrs. It's a mind ease for only a few bucks.

Warranty is good if you want it to assure yourself no headaches. I used one for my old tv and Best Buy replaced it when other tv couldn't be fixed.
