Very low noise. Warms quick food. Looks nice......

The Geek Squad Protection gives you peace of mind, These technicians really know their "stuff". I wouldn't trust anybody else with my TVs, laptop etc.

It was a small microwave that I handled myself with a little help from my neighbor. I have not used my 4 year warranty at this time.

They just don't make things like they used to! This is why I (usually) buy the protection plan and they always provide great service. Haven't had to use it yet for this microwave, but I'll be ready this time!

I highly recommend purchasing the protection on any applicable product.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. They were completely unwilling to accommodate and consistently deflected instead of offering any real explanation. When I asked where their policy states that a GE countertop microwave qualifies as a small appliance, they couldn’t provide an answer. Meanwhile, GE’s own website clarifies that these microwaves are not considered small appliances. Which makes sense since they weigh nearly 50 pounds. Rather than addressing the issue, the representative (Edwin) simply dismissed my concerns by saying I was “frustrated” and hanging up on me. I do not recommend Best Buy or Geek Squad to anyone.

We have found that purchasing the Geek Squad Protection Plan very much worth the investment. Always have been sorry when not purchased.
