I Definitely recommend this plan. Geek squad agents are extremely helpful and quick to finding out any problems and fixing them.

The microwave is awesome, but if I ever have a problem…it’s going to be fixed or replaced!!! For 2 years!

The Geek squad agents are doing better than before. I was able to get help at the Chino Store to install office on my computer. The tech was kind. However, a lot of improvement is still needed.

I should have read the one-star reviews. I have owned this microwave for just under a year and have been very gentle with it (no damage or mishandling), and I can confirm what a few others have said about the microwave turning on and running by itself. I left for work yesterday morning and hadn't used it at all that day or even touched it, it was off. I came home 12 hours later and it was on/running by itself. Luckily my microwave plate cover wasnt inside like it usually is. I have no idea how long it was on or running for. Display read 0:00. But who knows what could have happened - maybe if I didn't come home in time, it could have caught fire. No idea. But it wouldn't turn off using the buttons either, I had to finally unplug it from the wall to get it to stop. I would not risk getting this microwave!

You can never go wrong with a 4 year protection plan when you buy expensive items. Most vendors only give you 1 or 2.

I brought this for my new Epson scanner. I did not have it before for my printer/scanner & wished I'd gotten it then.

The salesman suggested to get this. Was reasonable price and hope I don’t have to use it. Got for all my appliances .

After the squad came and worked on my tv I am purchasing everything I can from Best Buy and adding the Geek squad.
