Nice security for an appliance purchase big or small on case of a oroblem

Warranty’s are usually not worth it but with any appliance that uses water I’d recommend it. Also Best Buy warranty for OLED is the best. Eventually you’ll get burn in after many years. But having the 5 year warranty just gives you the easy of mind in case a pixel burns out.

Excellent option for an affordable price. They are amazingly good.

The microwave is a good size not too big however, you have to add about an extra 30 - 60 secs to orginal heating time.

Haven't needed their service yet, but if something goes wrong, they can make it right.

Does not get very hot. Hard to operate. Inside burned while making popcorn as instructed. Super cute but not practical.

Gig squad service is absolutely worth every penny. They are simply superior and very invested in making customer. Happy if a product is faulty or fails.

If it wasn't for the Geek squad protection plan . I would had been up the creek without a paddle. So I would tell anybody to purchase the Geek squad protection plan it might seem like alot of money at the time of your purchase of your product. But you will have a peace of mind if something happens years down the road.

they do not repair! they just pay you money for the same stuff that you have, so if it is cheaper than before, you get less money than what you paid for your item! But the point is: you used the stuff for a while!

I’ve had this microwave for over a year now and it’s been great. Heats evenly, never over cooks and is easy to keep clean. Small compact size works great in my kitchen. Overall it’s a stylish modern microwave that doesn’t have the usual annoying sounds when your food is done.

It says after your manufacturer warranty ends…..anywhere else when u purchase a protection plan it begins when the manufacturer warranty ends. Its like getting ripped off for the first year as they will just refer u to the manufacturer for a warranty claim. Once the manufacturer denies the claim then tbey will tell u to file a claim with Best Buy. By the time the thing finally gets fixed you’ve gone for weeks if not more without the appliance. You think they will extend the warranty 2-3 weeks past the time you couldnt use your appliance? They most certainly will not. They tell u everything u need to hear to sell u the warranty and when u file a warranty claim they do everything they can to get out of it. Same as insurance companies most of these corporations leaders should be jailed but they simply “lobby” aka bribe the politicians so they get away with it everyday. This nation was once a great place to call home before the greedy corporations owmed and ran everything including Washington. These days this nation is nothing but a disgrace. Ill be discussing with my wife about canceling our membership and the stores credit card. Im certain she will agree then I will advocate for all my friends and family to do the same. There isnt a single corporation doing business that actually cares about the customers. Its just the opposite their main goal is to screw over as many people as they possibly can. What can we do as consumers? Go to their competitors? Doesn’t matter its all owned by the same group of people. This one owms that one which owns these other ones that owns those over there. Thats why they dont care if they loose u as a customer and go to another business cuz u are still their customer u just dont know it!!!

The Price was right for long term coverage.... I normally don't buy warranty's because it's not worth it. In this case it was.

Hopefully we won’t have to use the warranty but from previous times I’ve had to buy a Geek Squad warranty I know they cover pretty much everything.

After I read some of the reviews on other models by various brands I bought the 4 year insurance plan just in case something breaks. I am replacing a 1992 Magic Chef microwave oven that is still performing excellent. However moving we weren't able to bring it with us as it was a build in over the range model. So I just wanted that extra bit of insurance just incase.

I almost always get the geek squad protection. So far if we've had issues they'd been no problems getting things fixed or replaced which is why we are repeat costumers!

Love the company but luckily I have not needed there service!

I got the Geek Squad Protection on my new Sony A8H 65" TV and haven't had to use it yet. I saved over $600 on the TV with guaranteed price match so used it to get the GSP. I hope I never need it but my son had it on his TV and when he needed Geek Squad, they solved the problem.
