It’s a subscription hard to rate when you don’t use which is a good thing I suppose

I haven’t used them yet but I’ve been with my daughter when they came out to there home. They were amazing and that they Only reason I purchased the plan

Haven’t had any trouble with my products but I do have a 2 year warranty and it always does come in handy in case something were to happen and that’s when these guys come in handy !!!

My 75"tv is on a fireplace stand. My grandson in law put it on my standmy grandson in law installed it for me

The way things are made these days you need warrenty

At first I didn’t want this additional commitment but when I can’t figure out the technology, I can bring my item to trustworthy and knowledgeable professionals for tune up or repair.

Never had to use it. But for the small price. But I don't have to worries if it breaks the first few years. Small price for for Big assurance

I had issues with my computer it was so nice to have them be able to remotely log in and fix what needed to fixed with out having to leave my home.

Always have a good protection plan woth anythi g electronic you buy for comfort and peace of mind

It keeps the room quite cool, sometimes it even feels too cold, which then I have to shut off the system for a bit. It does make some noise now and then but we found that only happens when the unit doesn't have drainage for the water. I love that it has the remote control to easily change the settings. I'm iverall happy with it and would recccomend others to purchase it.

The 4-year standard Geek Squad Protection has proved to be very helpful to me for the products I needed to repair. Squad told me what needed to be fixed and I was pleased with the service

getting this pretty much gives you 2 years returnable window... so my a/c I got this for wasn't getting the temp down after 10 months or so... BB said they don't repair these but just replace it... so they replaced it...!
