I always try to purchase some kind of warranty for all my big purchases I haven’t had to use GeekSquad yet for any of my most recent purchases but I have a couple time years ago and they helped me so much so after that I decided it’s a must to buy when I purchase things I know can possibly break or something happen to it and I can’t fix it.

This thing really cools! We bought it for the indoor space on the 3rd floor that leads to the balcony as a cheaper option instead of running complete ductwork or a mini-split. Best decision ever.

I always purchase the protection, because you never know when something you bought turns out to be defective. That's exactly what happened. I bought a defective product, and there were no questions asked when I took it back to Best Buy. Some people say you don't need it, but from my experience, I would recommend always buying the protection.

get the longest warranty possible. I have found that warranties usually expire by the time something breaks but if you get the longest warranty then you can usually utilize it when the items breaks.

I can say that this is the first AC that I bought from Frigidaire. That used to freeze my room out. Oh, my God, the best.

Best insurance out of any electronics shop ive bought stuff from. Any issues ive had with previous items that have had insurance have always been fixed or replaced promptly. Worth the money for peace of mind if anything ever gets broken or needs fixing

I purchased the extended service protection. I have not had to use it yet, which is great, but what I can say is that it was simple to purchase, reasonably priced, and the terms were made very clear.

Not all service plans get used, but I have had to use one before so good to have. Would be nice to see some kind of return on unused service plans and warranties for the price though.

We would buy this protection every time it is offered - BestBuy really honors their customers when a product fails and does not make it a big hassle to use it. We buy some products from BestBuy just because of this protection plan vs buying it from another box store or online retailer.
