We would buy this protection every time it is offered - BestBuy really honors their customers when a product fails and does not make it a big hassle to use it. We buy some products from BestBuy just because of this protection plan vs buying it from another box store or online retailer.

With the way somethings last these days, it can never hier to have an insurance policy. A Bissel Crosswave went bad after 2 years and the Geek Squad warranty replaced it with no questions asked.

Love Best Buy warranty. Had a 5 yr warranty on a air conditioner and it broke down this yr. Took back and they gave me credit for the one purchased and I paid the difference and added this 4 yr warranty.
