When you invest "My BEST BUY TOTAL", it gives you 24/7 Geek Squad support! The 70" TV in the bedroom became a bit "glitchy". TWO (2) days later, 2 Geek Squad men came over in the morning and put a Brand NEW Panel on the back of the TV, reconnected my soundbar, updated, total set up! Why would you spend even $20.00 without TOTAL coverage? For just a few dollars a month your purchases will be 100% covered! Kind of a 'no brainer'.

Geek Squad is the best warranty on the market. It excells in customer satisfaction.

Good price for the warranty have not needed to use it will update review if the warranty is ever needed.

The agents went above and beyond in returning my AC. Actually, since my AC broke prior to my 2yr warranty they replaced it and paid me for taking off work for the repair. You cannot get better than that. Mario, thank you for your professionalism. I bought a 4yr warranty today. Go Geek Squad!!!

Because of the weight, I had help with setting this up. But, once in the window, it works really well. I have an apartment with an odd floor plan, about 520 sq ft. It's cooling it all - using the ceiling fans in the kitchen and my bedroom to help circulate air. The features are great and easy to use - air clean is great this time of year with allergies! Remote temperature sensor is another one I didn't know came with it, but what a gem! I take the remote with me into the bedroom and the air conditioner responds to that room's temp, not just the living room it's in! I highly recommend this air conditioner. Mine is the 10,000 btu unit because of the square footage and floor plan of my place.

The agent helped my son with questions and solutions how to install something he needed on his computer. My son said he learned a lot from just watching how the agent did things and asking questions to make sure of how things worked. I wasn’t in room to ask as this was for my son to do for his computer but the agent did tell me how things were and he was very informative and helpful. He did not take very long in fixing the issues my son had and explained to him what to do or look for. Thank you all.

Always worth buying the Protection Plan. Best Buy never gives you a hassle on returns.

Haven't needed to use it once but with that being said I can't place a dolly on the ease of it quelling my mind knowing I don't have to worry about it if it does break.
