This is my 3rd or 4th year purchasing "Total Tech" and of course it comes in handy and is a great back-up to have, however, it has become more expensive with less benefits each year.....post COVID effects I suppose?

Affordable protection. Easy to use. A must for big ticket electronics in my opinion.

We had purchased a previous air conditioner, and a warranty, and when that warranty was about to expire, we paId for an additional year. It was well worth it! When the air conditioner "died" a few weeks before the end of the warranty, the Best Buy Geek Squad did all they could to help. The representative searched countrywide until he located a replacement, and then he was able to get approval for a discount on the price -- so that we did not need to pay the entire difference in price; we "split the difference". I expect this new warranty to be every bit as helpful to us!

Perfect stress relief for if something were to need fixed or I need help. Easy to work with and get answers quickly.

Not all service plans get used, but I have had to use one before so good to have. Would be nice to see some kind of return on unused service plans and warranties for the price though.

When I had a problem they were excellent with helping me to trouble shoot

I can say that this is the first AC that I bought from Frigidaire. That used to freeze my room out. Oh, my God, the best.

The product coverage is great and give you peace of mind knowing it will be covered if anything goes wrong

I will say i am not a major fan of these service agreements. But carefully selected they are beneficial. I used the last one on a dishwasher, sent me the part, i installed. total fix. would have cost me much more to have a service guy come in and order a complete new control panel.

Good for price worth the buy easy to use no hassle

This thing really cools! We bought it for the indoor space on the 3rd floor that leads to the balcony as a cheaper option instead of running complete ductwork or a mini-split. Best decision ever.

I called because my air conditioner wasn't getting cold. I got a quick response to my issue. I was approved for an exchange. Everyone that I encountered (on the phone and in the store) made the exchange experience smooth!!! Thank you!

Havent had to use knock on wood but so far so good

it gives me peace of mind for a while. We dont always have a repair person in our area though

get the longest warranty possible. I have found that warranties usually expire by the time something breaks but if you get the longest warranty then you can usually utilize it when the items breaks.

I always get an extended warranty. Have never been sorry. When there is a problem it is quickly resolved. This is one of the reasons why I buy at Best Buy. You can’t beat the price anywhere.
