I have purchased Geek Squad Protection over the years for all big purchases from Best Buy and have been very happy! I have had lap top batteries replaced, lap tops repaired; received a brand new wireless telephone set, when the covered one stopped working (it was well used and a few years old, but still under the Geek Squad warranty). Best Buy and Geek Squad stand behind their warranty!

This Geek Squad service plan was for my AC unit. I think the coverage is worth it.

My puppy knocked over my new humidifier I got on sale. Went to get a new one no longer on sale and I got it for the sale price and the protection back on the new one. Then bought another humidifier with protection

Easy to get started and set up, works great on the lower level of our house, keeps it nice and cool. Not exactly quiet, but does keep the house cool.

I punched the protection in case of a problem with my laptop. So far I have not had to use it.

It’s worth it because for the most part I can exchange it for the same one and only have to pay for the warranty instead of buy the whole thing.

GSP is fantastic, covers what I need and takes cover what's necessary. Unlike online protection plans that you have to submit a ticket and go through the whole process you can just bring your device into any Best Buy and get it taken care of immediately.

The agents went above and beyond in returning my AC. Actually, since my AC broke prior to my 2yr warranty they replaced it and paid me for taking off work for the repair. You cannot get better than that. Mario, thank you for your professionalism. I bought a 4yr warranty today. Go Geek Squad!!!

When you invest "My BEST BUY TOTAL", it gives you 24/7 Geek Squad support! The 70" TV in the bedroom became a bit "glitchy". TWO (2) days later, 2 Geek Squad men came over in the morning and put a Brand NEW Panel on the back of the TV, reconnected my soundbar, updated, total set up! Why would you spend even $20.00 without TOTAL coverage? For just a few dollars a month your purchases will be 100% covered! Kind of a 'no brainer'.

I love the geek squad service. It gives me peace of mind when I purchase items at Best Buy. In fact, I now buy all my appliances, speakers and tv’s at Best Buy.
