I would hate myself if I didn't buy protection on my purchases and then they broke.

Protection plan is always a good idea. Always get it, and recommend it

it would have been a great protection plan, but due to my first a/c i got with it, the a/c after about 5 months started not wanting to cool down. i used my protection to try to fix it at the capital mall bestbuy, only to find out that they dont fix a/c's but they didn't have a replacements for mine either or any a/c's in store. so they refund me my money just for the a/c and told me to order another a/c through them online. so i thought i still have my protection plan and can use it for my new a/c i just paid for since i didn't get my money back for the protection. so all other words in out $70+ for a plan that was barely used plus they were not help at all. i will never pay for geek squad ever again and this will be the last time i will buy anything from bestbuy ever again.

I mean it's I geek squad service doesn't make sense to me why I have to write a review for every single item I buy for geek squad service it's the same for everything.

I bought this 2 year Protection but my product has been so great there was no need to ever use it . So I would say I’m lucky that my equipment is not faulty but not everybody is lucky so buy for just Incase

I would probably rate this protection higher, but I've only had the refrigerator for a month

Manufacture gives 1year, extended it 2 more and is now coverd with better coverage that does not take as long If a problem accure. I will have someone come out to me rather then me send it out.

I came in to buy an storage device for my console the employee said it would fit and it didn’t, I was able to go back and exchange it but I made two trips instead of one.

Read the fine print, you will get a store credit and if they do not have the item in stock you are stuck with a useless store credit.

the item made by ge is only for 350sq ft Noticed this item does not cool very good very slow to compresor to cool that’s why i returned product
