    Use someone else besides the geek squad. They have a bad attitude, managers never call back and they put you in these automated phone cues forever.

    Great friendly could use more local support they won't come to my house to look at my air-conditioning unit I purchased last your. I am 5foot2 130 lbs there is no way I can more this down a flight of stairs and load it in a car...

    Well, not too impressed with the Geek Squad Protection. Purchased a Kitchenaid stove and with it the extra service. When I needed service - guess what? Had to contact Kitchenaid directly to schedule the service myself and provide my purchase documents for proof of purchase myself. Needless to say I did not renew.

    They do not honor them. I am within warrenty and they had me leave message after message to ge who never calls you back. Its a rip off and now i swelter after paying 600 to buy this product. 1 year later.

    Pointless to purchase this for an air conditioner when you have to buy a whole new unit and wait 2 months to be refunded!

    Waited for agent for three hours to assist install a software that came with Laptop. When I finally connected he was not able to install software and refer me back to best buy.. besides the fact that I had a hard time understanding his English

    Money grab and referee to manufacture to service product. Why would I pay for protection if you’re going to send me to the manufacture.

    The protection plan is a must for expensive products, but it’s definitely not what it used to be. Especially when they took off the renewal option for their protection plans. Do not get if you don’t have to.
