I can’t say enough good things about Geek squad they have always delivered for me

Less then 2 years a airconditioner started throwing out hot air. Best Buy technician said there was nothing wrong with it that is was quote “old”. Called BestBuy again to have it fixed and they literally never showed for the appointment after I called just to make sure a technician was coming. They made sure that the technician was coming but never did. Put me throw hoops to speak to a manager and never got to speak to one. Returned the airconditioner today for a less btu model and ended up pay 100+ more. Best Buy is truly horrible!

Geek squad protection is the best in my opinion if they have it in stock they just replace it and you walk out with a new one win win

Great service!! Well worth the $200.00!! I was able to get my tv mounted as well as my ring for this flat fee!

We haven't had to use this service, but if we do, we feel confident that it will take care of any issues we have with our air conditioner.
