Haven’t had to use it yet luckily. But always get insurance on your electronics. Your one poorly manufactured piece from it not powering on or functioning properly. Save the heartache.

Geek Squad is excellent and I purchase it on my items that I buy. I have had a laptop and a TV they have replaced for me in the last 12 years and it was a great service worth more than I paid for it.

I purchased my air conditioner on April 12 of 2023. The unit had a 1 year warranty. I also purchased the Geek Squad 2 year extended warranty which says they cover your product AFTER the manufacture warranty. Now i come home today and my ac has stopped working i called to get it warrantied and am told i no longer have a warranty that it expired in April of 2025. I informed them they were wrong then they tell me the first year of my extended warranty runs concurrent with the manufacture warranty. So now they are refusing to honor what is written on their website. I have taken screen shots of what is on there and will be reaching out to an attorney to get this fixed since this is a deceptive practice.

I've never been disappointed that I purchased Geek Squad Service. More often than not they simply have me exchange my broken item for a brand new item and solve most problems with ease.

Haven’t had any trouble with my products but I do have a 2 year warranty and it always does come in handy in case something were to happen and that’s when these guys come in handy !!!

Always have a good protection plan woth anythi g electronic you buy for comfort and peace of mind

At first I didn’t want this additional commitment but when I can’t figure out the technology, I can bring my item to trustworthy and knowledgeable professionals for tune up or repair.

They came to service my fridge promptly and on time. The tech new exactly what was wrong and fixed it right away.

Never had to use it. But for the small price. But I don't have to worries if it breaks the first few years. Small price for for Big assurance

A must have for your electronics, covers most problems you would have with your items, geek squad is super helpful and easy to use
