    Geek Squad Protection is always a good purchase. If nothing else, it will at least put you at ease for however many years it's for. If anything goes wrong, you're basically guaranteed a working product. Whether they fix yours, or give you a new one.

    I bought warranty because i have never had a portable AC before. It gives me the peice of mind that i will get use out of it. The store staff could not have been more helpful! I did online/app order, picked up in-store.

    I must admit I was a bit reticent at first but I am glad that I purchased Best Buy's protection. Any issue I have had with ANY of my devices was addressed to my satisfaction without stress. I have also purchased Epson's protection and I wouldn't recommend it.

    The Geek Squad tried to resolve my problem without requiring additonal repair to no avail. They made an honest attempt at fixing the computer but it required a major repair.
