    Although I haven't used the protection plan for my portable air conditioner I have used the Geek Squad protection plan for other purchases and it has always been good and easy to use.

    Anyone who lives in the northeast knows portable & window AC UNIT HAVE A 2-4 year reliable lifefpspn. A four year warranty is an ex element option especially at the price offered.

    Dehumidifier crapped out just after 15 days. Purchased 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection thinking it would provide peace of mind and a replacement if something went wrong. I thought wrong and all this provided was a store credit for the cost of the item and I'm out the money spent on 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. Best Buy has really gone down hill and it's sad.
