it's very reasonable price to have a 2 yr warranty.

Absolutely horrible service. Geek squad protection was a waste of time. My air conditioner is not working during a heat wave and instead of fixing it, they want me to drop it off, send it out for service, and then get it back…. In three weeks! Mind you, when we got the protection plan this was not relayed and when i made the service appointment, this was not told to me. Ill never get an appliance or protection plan with best buy again!

They're well knowledged in what their is based on and products.

First time buying this . don't really experience how it works and how fast the store responds. 1 year Manufacturer guarantee . Shouldn't have bought it

Got the insurance so I don’t have to hassle whatsoever

its always worth getting the best buy warrenty, anything happens they take care of it right away

Useful if u have kids or family members that don’t take care of their stuff

Hmm … I know they want to fix it before they replace it I would figured they would would just replace as it is a warranty … not happy with answering to much questions ….

I would hate myself if I didn't buy protection on my purchases and then they broke.

It's an okay product. The old one I had was only 150 Sq and 5000. Just installed it. Hopefully this keeps us cool during this crazy heat.

Protection plan is always a good idea. Always get it, and recommend it

Tbh idk about geek squad to write a review I haven't needed them and hopefully I hope not to have to.

I haven't had to use it yet. But if i need to it will come in handy.

It has been working really well and it gets the entire cold.

So far so good have not had to use them but will if I need too.

it would have been a great protection plan, but due to my first a/c i got with it, the a/c after about 5 months started not wanting to cool down. i used my protection to try to fix it at the capital mall bestbuy, only to find out that they dont fix a/c's but they didn't have a replacements for mine either or any a/c's in store. so they refund me my money just for the a/c and told me to order another a/c through them online. so i thought i still have my protection plan and can use it for my new a/c i just paid for since i didn't get my money back for the protection. so all other words in out $70+ for a plan that was barely used plus they were not help at all. i will never pay for geek squad ever again and this will be the last time i will buy anything from bestbuy ever again.
