I purchased my air conditioner on April 12 of 2023. The unit had a 1 year warranty. I also purchased the Geek Squad 2 year extended warranty which says they cover your product AFTER the manufacture warranty. Now i come home today and my ac has stopped working i called to get it warrantied and am told i no longer have a warranty that it expired in April of 2025. I informed them they were wrong then they tell me the first year of my extended warranty runs concurrent with the manufacture warranty. So now they are refusing to honor what is written on their website. I have taken screen shots of what is on there and will be reaching out to an attorney to get this fixed since this is a deceptive practice.

Would not buy any major or even somehat major without this. Use it just once and it more than pays for itself.

The protection is great in the event that the product stops working. Basically it provides a piece of mind.

Knowing the product that I just purchased is protected and will be replaced upon malfunction is awesome. Worth the buy

I purshase a refurbished laptop from Best Buy, and I decided that because it’s a second hand I’m gonna get the protection. Haven’t use it yet.

If you aren't up on tech and have a house full of technology, it's worth it's weight in gold and then some!

I am lucky enough not to use it for now, but I hope that when I need it, I am there to make use of it.
