    Can’t really tell you about the product itself but……… Horrible customer service. Had an appointment today to get a car alarm installed. Dropped my keys off and left the store. Received a phone call a little later and was informed that I needed two keys to complete the installation. I did not have two keys to the vehicle so l could not get it completed and like I explained to the service technician it would've been beneficial to know this information prior to the appointment. Called the store later to see if anything could be done to compensate me for lost time and effort and was informed by the store manager that there was nothing that could be done. Customer Service sure is not what it used to be. Time is money and I feel as though my time was wasted. Don't waste your time with the geek squad.

    I bought a remote start for my car November 26 set up an appointment for December 28 to have it installed. Call the store on December 23 because I couldn’t remember the time of the appointment they verified my appointment time was 2:30. The morning of the appointment at 7:01 AM. I got an email saying my appointment is coming up soon along with instructions of what to bring and how early to show up for the appointment. I got to my appointment and I had to speak to some rude guy working in the installation area. He told me that they canceled my appointment on December 14. I said well I got emails this morning saying that my appointment was today I told him that I live in almost 2 hours away he rolled his eyes and asked me and, I will not be buying anything from Best Buy. In the future. I tried to reach out to the corporate office. Everybody just gives me the runaround you can’t talk to anybody who can do anything to make this right? I wish you could give this place negative stars.

    Do not buy this, this is junk, i bought this and a couple of weeks later it stopped working , i took my car to best buy, and they said something about updating the system, they fixed it two weeks later it stopped working, just a waste of money, now I understand why it was on sale, again Do not buy this this is junk.!

    Lots of false positive.

    Supposedly the best on the market, but waaaayyy too many false positives. It beeps at Odysseys, some Acura's, Hyundai's, Buicks and other cars, and occasionally also when a real cop car is around. It really beeps at most cars anti collision systems. The memory lockout only works while ON and resets when off. It's a crappy radar detector.

    Stopped working after 2 days

    This worked greatly for 2 days, but now won’t unkock/lock my car, won’t open the trunk, and the car will only stay on for a second before turning off again when using the remote. DO NOT BUY.
