If a product breaks this is wonderful to have... Couple years ago my laptop broke I took it back to him and they gave me a brand new one because they could not fix it.

The installers were very prompt & polite. Answered all question we had. Cleaned up everything and took garbage with them which was nice.

I have relied on the protection plan for other items and never had any problems. For example, I brought in my broken printer and walked away with a Best Buy gift card for the full value of the product (no longer sald same printer).

I have not used this yet, but always feel more secure with my purchases when I add this. I do recommend it to anyone.

I love being able to go in and get assistance and my laptop being repaired along with receiving information that makes my life easier with the laptop. I only dislike is when they must keep my laptop overnight.

Sure, it's great if you use it, but if not it's nice peace of mind and support should you ever find yourself in need for it.

Must have a service plan. If it breaks gets replaced for fraction of the cost of the plan

It always pays to get protection when purchasing electronics. I learned that the hard way. Hopefully I won’t have to use it so with that being said, I feel protected.

With the squad you get extra protection if anything goes wrong, if you're a geek or not it doesn't hurt to get it.

Great companion to go with the product for peace of mind just in case it stops working but I really doubt it will.
