Sometimes I feel like I shouldn't spend money on extended warranties and protection plans. Then again, it's better to have and not need than need and not have. Best buy has always been great at honoring any protection plan I've purchased if needed.

Decided to add the protection because the first Roku I bought had feature of plugging in earbuds and after few years usage the sound starting to crackle which was annoying. Was told if this happens to new one and we have protection plan that the unit will be replaced so decided to add it to purchase.

Who can argue with this?? A four year warranty? Right that means your have great product protection even after you’ve forgotten. I love to hear, “well ma’am, looks like there’s a warranty. Let us repair or replace on us.”

It doesnt matter what you buy anymore, if you are not considering a warranty you are wasting your money. Always buy a warranty with any electronic device, sooner or later you will use it and you will be thankful for having it.

I have previously used my Geek Squad service and was beyond satisfied. From the first call to completion of repairs it was easy. Everyone was friendly, professional and worked with my schedule. This is a must have purchase.

BBY protection plan is must on all my purchases at Best Buy. Normally manufactures warranty often 1 year or less. BBY G.S. protection plan has got you covered beyond that. Always friendly and helpful at BBY. Spend the few extra dollars and he covered.

I always order the extra Geek service because when something breaks down or stops working I know I can always return it to Best Buy n they will either fix it or replace it. It’s great to have the extra protection.

For the price, protecting your merchandise for 2 years is the way to go!!

The Geek Squad warranty is the greatest thing ever! It has saved me money and hassle more than once. Best Buy and Geek Squad have taken care of me when I had my doubts that even they could cover it. I would never buy anything without the warranty!

Never leave the store without it. Production plans are the best, I buy them when ever offered. I have taken advantage of them several times, and very thankful I did. Re-buying a product that fills with in the service life is the pits.
