Geek Squad protection plan is amazing. I have always been very satisfied when I have had to use it. They have always been more than happy to take care of my issues and resolve them quickly. With a replacement, or fix the problem.

they are not always there or available, but this time I got someone helpful and fixed my computer that day! be prepared to leave it and shop around or comeback. but I can feel comfortable knowing it's going to get fixed.

Best Buy extended warranty / Protection plans are a no brainer for any product of expense. They back their products well and always help out if you have any kind of issue. I always buy them on electronics or expensive items...

Since my purchase it is a great idea to get this extra (warranty) on your product. They can install and other related services. Geek squad is always good to have on your product (s).

always purchase protection plan with the squad, never had a issue with any product that went bad, squad always came out to see if it can be repaired if, not I was given a new and upgraded product no extra cost

Have to get the protection for all my electronics with all the kids in my household. Geek squad always delivers. A must have if you have alot of electronics and kids.

Our original Firestick only can’t with a 2 year Geek Squad warranty, but died after 2 1/2 years. Our new Firestick allowed for a 4 year warranty, so we purchased it in case the new one dies in 2 - 3 years again.

They came through for me in the past. Haven't needed them yet for this product.
