We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

I always get this on products over a three-digit amount. It has been a true lifesaver for me. Can't live without it.

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent return attempt under the Best Buy Protection Plan. Despite the product being defective and covered by my plan, the store’s general manager refused to process the return, claiming he did not observe the issue I described. I also explained that I could not leave the monitor at the store since I needed a replacement immediately to complete my work, yet I was offered no professional support or resolution. It is troubling how easily these protection plans are sold, yet when customers attempt to use them, the process feels dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. This experience leaves me questioning the value of the program and the commitment to customer care.

Don't give costly repairs a chance and buy this warranty to protect your product

No one ever wants to have to use this but it’s best safe than sorry so we always opt for this added coverage. It’s so much less stress when something goes wrong and just added peace of mind for that “what if” moment. Definitely worth the investment.

I’ve had The Geeks on everything I’ve bought from Best Buy. I have been so pleased with their ability to fix each of my computers when I’ve problems. I’ve recently had to get a new microwave and even that was a breeze. Thank you Geeks for being there.

I’ve had the geek squad before it’s a great plan. Anything over $25 I usually put a plan on. You never know I’m gonna happen and they’re always good when you need something.

The Geek Squad are some of the most professional individuals I have ever worked with. Jeremiah and Dakota in Joplin are friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. It was a pleasure meeting them and watching them work. They are awesome!

Geek squad has been extremely helpful in resolving an issue with my TV. Honestly, you don’t realize how much you need their expertise until you need it. Very happy with my experience. Highly recommend.

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).

I love the protection plans they offer they are the best that’s why I always get one on anything they let me it’s worth the money and it’s so fast if you ever need to use it

So happy to have this service. They have installed a TV, completed installation of a printer and wi fi in my home and installed a dishwasher. I have purchases planned for Christmas and Geek Sqaud is my definite go to.
