I do not buy any electronic device without buying a Geek Squad Protection Plan. It's nice to be worry free for 5 years. I have owned several Insignia products in the past and I have yet to have one fail, but I play it safe and protect them anyways.

Excellent. I have purchased it many times. Used it on a smartwatch and tv. Both times super easy. No questions asked store credit. Gotta love Best Buy. Always top notch customer service.

I moved and was not aware that I could have my Geek Squad come to install my TV on the wall. This was during Covid-19 so website was confusing to order all the parts needed for this. Finally called and spoke to a person who got it all set. Install person was friendly and took time not to cause a mess while drilling holes.

Geek Squad answered all my questions. I'm glad they offer this service to people like me who don't understand everything about technology.

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

Who better to call when you need help? The Geek Squad thats right! These guys and gals are my superheroes, they came to my rescue without delay and made sure I was taken care of with the upmost of care and they'll do the same for you

I spent a lot of time reviewing TVs for my living room and was hesitant about the 4K "hoopla"... well that "hoopla" was gone when I was finally able to watch 4K content on the TV at home. Wow. Great picture and pretty good sound from stock speakers. It's got all the features you want and need at this time. Great value for the money.

The only thing that I say is bad is I purchased only for 2 years I would always do t he 5 year plan because it is safer to be protected and have your mind at ease if anything should go wrong with your product you know it will be fix! Great Service!

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).
