Even though the pandemic was going on I made an appointment and had no problem. They gave me a tracking number so I could keep up with the progress and when time they let me know the final resolution.

This set is beyond great and is above the 4Kset it replaced.

This OLED TV looks beautiful and runs like a beast for gaming on console and PC.

Never leave Best Buy without it. Protection value outweighs not having it at all.

I haven't used jt yet. But is nice to k ow the Geek Squad us there to help anytime. :)

5 years of geek squad.. 5 years! Havent need to call the squad, but good to know I can if need be.

Agents mounted my 65in tv real easily, they were very curtious, they set the tv up so i had nothing to but watch it. Plus they took away all the wrapping.

No mount just yet. My concern is the paneling and not drywall.

Without this, I would have needed to purchase a replacement. I love the service that I get. The only negative is that it takes a long time to get the repairs, done, but the quality of the repairs is good.

I have used the Warranty on other products at Best Buy. It is well worth it. Awesome coverage. But i have not had to use the Geek squad on my new Samsung yet. But i have used in the past.

I got this on my other TV. It had issues 4 years 7 months in. Best Buy refunded my full purchase price. The did not offer the model anymore. So I got the new Samsung to replace it.

The installers were amazing and passionate about what they do. They showed me features that I didn't even know I had. They took the time to explain how my product worked and who to call if I had any issues.

So far, no problems, I like the Geek squad very much. This is why I purchased this product from best buy. I bought the 5 year warranty so I hope the freezer lasts this long. It is a nice side for my manufacture home.

This was purchased for my mother who is retired and she loves it! There are so many channels for her to watch she is very happy.

The television I had wasn't one they were able to replace as the brand didn't provide parts (to America?). In place of a mediocre HD tv, I received an (upgrade) 4K television, with Apps that are actually useful.
