I rather be protected than not being protected. Fair price

Haven't needed to use for my TV, but have had it for other items where I did and process was surprisingly easy. I always buy Best Buy's extended warranty on larger items for piece of mind.

The Geek Squad assembled my tv stand and mounted my TV. They kept me informed on the time and date of the installation. They were professional and friendly. They did a GREAT job.

The Geek Squad has worked on several of my tech items over the past years and helped me extend the life of those items. Thanks Geek Squad !!!

Geek Squad protection is not needed for all purchases, but when needed on big ticket items or highly used items such as tvs and smart phones, it is the only way to go. We have needed it and used it several times and the Geek Squad has always through.

Always good to have a professional place to turn when help is needed. Have not had an occasion to use it yet but the confidence of knowing they are there is comforting.

The IT Geek Squad tech repaired my laptop in a very timely manner, was very helpful, professional and pleased with the end result. The price paid was very economical for the work performed.

When it comes to TV's and laptops, I always get a two year warranty because you just never know with technology when they will go bad. I had a TV two years ago that the remote went bad after three months of ownership. This plan gave me a replacement remote. Thankfully I have not had a TV or laptop go bad on me. But this gives me peace of mind.

So far haven't had to use it yet. But i'm quite sure I'll be happy with it. We'll see.
