Great tv love the bright picture and it’s huge we had a 75 inch and this is much bigger We also Bought the warranty of 5 years When I spoke to geek squad they were super helpful!

I had a problem with the pitchure. I had just purchased in February of 2024. All questions answered, service was seamless.

Geek Squad warranty is better than manufacturer's because Best Buy is local and is easily accessed to get tech, repairs, and refund or exchanges. It probably costs less than Sony's warranty. My local Best Buy has knowledgeable and experienced Geek Squad very skilled in facts and hardware setup.

We got this program when we bought a new TV. It is very reliable and excellent program for now and for future as well.

Whenever I have anything electronic that I can’t figure out myself, I use Geek Squad! They always seem to shed light on whatever I’m looking at changing or adding to my plethora of electronics. Without them, I don’t know where I’d be. Also, Sara... is a Beast! She knows her stuff regarding electronics.

Nice to have peace of mind if the tv eventually gets burn in but have had no sign of It on tv

Gives you a peace of mind on your electronics knowing you are covered, especially with cats and children lol.
