Excellent service the few times I've made a phone call to them.

Best protection at a fraction of the price. I wouldn't buy without this protection.

I had trouble with my last tv--thank goodness I had Geek Squad protections. They came out and fixed it at no cost. I was glad I did it!

We purchased this extended warranty because my dad has recently been having issues with his Samsung TV. The TV itself is really good until it glitched out at less than four months. The Samsung rep gave me the option of having their subcontracted serviceman or Geek squad handle it and I chose Geek Squad thinking it would be faster. Turns out it was but the person who set up and scheduled did not diagnose the problem correctly and therefore ordered the wrong part. I decided to keep having Geek Squad reschedule to fix but decided to try to see if Samsung could get it done earlier but when Samsung scheduled the service call, the company and number given were unreachable by phone and I couldn’t find them listed in Hawaii so I cancelled it and will look forward to next weekend when Geek Squad will return.

The team we got were amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, patient. They never rushed us and spent time showing us the options and shortcuts. This team has been together and worked for Best Buy for a long time. Definitely recommend this service and will use again when we need to purchase any tvs

We got the 5 year warranty on an out of the box TV and so well worth it .. TV had a bad cooling fan when we first turned it on so we took it to Geek Squad and they sent it to Samsung and they replaced the Motherboard .. the TV looks and is amazing

This set show a great picture. The audio quality straight out the set is good. Most HDTV you need a soundbar but not with this set. The only drawback is the system it runs on. Just another account I must keep up with.

I have been a long-time customer. My tablet was damaged I opened the package and dropped it, screen cracked and the service I received went so smoothly. I glad I had ins. coverage, but your geek squad took care of my purchase. I give them a 4-star rating because there's always room for improvement. Geek squad is amazing and Best Buy has treated me so well through the whole buying process. Even having to return a couple defective TVs. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this because of the white glove service. Even with other options like SquareTrade available.

I hope I never need this! I expect that service will be excellent if ever needed.

Getting a warranty is a must in this brand. This is the 3rd tv delivered within 5 years.

One of the best AMC provided by BestBuy. It is always recommented to get this protection for the peace of mind for costly devices. Pros: 1) Excellent service. The excecutives how handle our calls will make sure we are comfertable and serviced well. 2) Ease of contact - 24X7 some one is available to help us. 3) Knowledgable service persons - The person who comes home for the service / at the station are well knowledgable about the object they are working on. 4) Excellent exchnage policy. If the object is non repairable, the company will refund the fill amount (including the tax) for an excange (if the same item is not available any more). The cons i felt on this program 1) Little more expensive than the other company AMCs. 2) Some time in-home appointments takes some time (but sure it will happen with in a weeks time )

The 32 Pioneer TV works great and has plenty of colors to see blended as one watches TV or a DVD player hooked simply into side of TV with cable.
