I purchased this for my previous Toshiba tv which stopped working the third year. I called them, they were very nice and told me that model TV wasn’t able to be repaired and immediately issued me a store credit for full refund of purchase price to replace the tv. It was so easy, no problem. So of course I purchased the five year warranty on this replacement tv. Well worth it. Geek squad was very helpful.

I know anything will go wrong with my purchase but it's nice to have some security just in case. The price was a little high for my taste but again I think it's worth it for the 2-year coverage

Diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 10-14 days. Much better than using manufacturer. It's about the people, so a big thanks to the technicians. If BB didn't have this, I would buy from another online retailer.

The extra warranty is well worth it my tv suddenly died and with the warrant they gave me a new tv!

I bought only the 2 year geek squad service. Hopefully the tv will outlast that, but I purchased due to the likely hood that any failure will probably be an early one and the squad will handle pixel or other failures after the 1 year HiSense warranty.

Great for peace of mind, doesn't cover physical damage, wish there was an option for damage coverage on tvs at Best Buy

This the best low budget tv you can find on the market. I definitely will want this tv in a bigger size one day.

I was ready to order my TV online and was in my cart. I figured since I had to pick it up in the store, I may as well take a look at it first. I went to the store to see it but they did not have that tv up. Online it offered 3 years geek squad for $74.99 which I wanted but since I was there I bought it in store. Near the end of sale the guy said 3 year warranty was not available in store. He said 2 year year for $69.99 or 5 year for $124.99. For $5 extra I could have gotten an extra year. Didn’t want to tell him to void the sale in case he was making commission during these tough times. Any ch as nice I can upgrade my warranty?

So glad I had purchasd the plan with our newn55" Hicense tv. Covered the black out screen that happened in the middle of a movie for no reason. Delivery drivers and support both said they are seeing this more and more. Sonin my opinion the cost for Geek Squad protection was well worth it! Did purchase a 5 year plan for new 65".

It was a bit rough I was passed off a few times and given someone cell phone to contact for repair/replacement.

The agent I talked to was very helpful and took care of everything. I was very happy to find I was actually able to get a new replacement TV at no cost. I only had to purchase a new Geek Squad protection plan.

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection plan with my electronic purchases. The price is very reasonable; even if you don't need it, it's well worth the peace of mind. I only had to use it once; all it took was one phone call and my TV was replaced. I'm very pleased with my Geek Squad Protection plan.

They mounted my TV with no problem. They took out all the packaging materials and TV box and hauled it off. They answered and showed me how to use the TV. Highly recommend them!

It's the best protection plan I've bought. They came in and did a same-day repair on my TV and it was up and running. When it started having issues again and eventually died on me, Best Buy set me up with a new model of the same TV! Came the next day and dropped it off along with recycling the old TV for me. Gave me piece of mind and save me a lot of money.
