I know we bought this protection for a computer that are 7 year old child uses and I've already forgotten I had this plan it's been a year now and had absolutely no issues with my computer. So I'm happy to say I bought this plan for issues but it's funny I've already forgotten about the plan. It just goes to show that Best Buy sells a product that doesn't need a plan. I'm not saying I didn't need the plan I'm saying I bought a good product regardless.

These warranties are 100% worth the money! I bought a Sony A9G in 11/2020 and it died 11/2022, because of the warranty Best Buy gave me $1800 for the A9G, $100 less than I paid 2 years ago, plus I got to keep my A9G despite its pixel issue. I put the money towards the A95K and bought another 5 year warranty! If you spend $2000+ on a tv, it’s worth it.

BestBuy comes to your house to fix your TV, unless it's smaller than 50".... if they can't fix it, they will replace it with the same TV or like technology... or a gift card and you can pick something else out. Get the protection plan, protect your investment... you're welcome.

Best Buy offers the best warranty. I will not buy electronics without purchasing the Geek Squad protection plan. I’ve had a few large purchases that failed and Best Buy repaired or replaced my items just as promised. I suggest the extra expense for the protection to all my friends and family.

Geek Squad has been great! after 4 years with no trouble, they came out 3 times and finally replaced my TV. No complaints!

I’m always add Geek Squad Service as you will always be taken care of by friendly agents. You get what you pay for.

I got a 5 year extended warranty for my Vizio TV. Recently had to have Geek squad come to my house. They replaced my TV with a new Vizio TVbecause of cost to repair it. I took my old Vizio TV to the nearest Best Buy and they exchanged for my New Vizio TV. With no hassles or problems. The agent who came to my house was freindly and new what he was doing. I woyld recomend that anyone buying electronics at Best Buy get a Geek squad warranty.

I always buy a little extra warr. Have found geek help to be great, even if just for questions.

Most protection plans are a waste of money but this plan is money well spent. After 3 years my OLED tv’s picture went bad and Geek Squad replaced it with a brand new top of the line tv. I am extremely happy and I highly recommend this protection plan to everyone with a high end tv.

Best Buy & geek squad always resolve any & all problems. Have never had any issue getting help with any situation I’ve had. Buy all my electronics here and will continue to do so.

Great quality, image is really need, excellent size for a living room, really fast, I would definitely recommended, and for the price you can't find a cheaper one.

The salesman at Best Buy in Germantown (Mr. G..." ) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He took time to explain the importance of purchasing a warranty for my 24 " televisions. Bought for an insignia 43" non-smart TV - hope Best Buy and Insignia are listening because not everyone uses a smart TV and like the privacy of a non smart to add a Roku to control what a manufacturer can discover. But the 5 year geek squad I probably won't need. I like the store brand better than others.

If you use any sound bar besides Roku if you use the ARC connection and your remote controls your soundbar and the TV your volume will jump three to four increments at a time. If you use the optical you have to use a remote for each one, and if you use the auxiliary cord which is low quality sound it's fine
