You only need to read the terms and features for these Geek Squad warranties to see how beneficial they are on top of your manufacturer's warranty. Above and beyond. Most of us carry the insurance plans for cell phones each month as a "what if scenario," this is no different for high end home entertainment equipment. For less than cellular insurance and no "deductibles," this is a must have piece of mind. Better to have and not need, than to need and not have.

Before I went to the store, I was going to buy on Amazon and get a three-year warranty for 2999 but when I went to the store for $10 more I got a five-year warranty and they would come to my house to fix it so it was a better deal

It pays to add the warranty on your product I will always add it

Excellent TV. This was actually an Open Box. I got an excellent deal on it from bestbuy. Didn't come with the Remote, I called LG and they shipped me one at ni extra cost

Scott has always been great to me. Their service is quick easy to communicate. I’m usually hesitant to buy it but with these types of items it’s worth it and they always pull through.

Luckily enough, I haven't needed this yet. A 2 yr contract seemed like a decent deal. This is for any mechanical needs. I did not buy install package. My daughter set it up for me.

It's always a good idea to get extra protection plans on anything that you don't want to buy twice because while the quality is great in most of the new technology, any mass produced items have a few flaws once in a while, quality control is really good nowadays but it's always smart to be sure, I've had a few things that I have had to do the warranty on and I was really happy to have it because the manufacturer warranty had expired. I will always get the warranty.

Great service came and in a timely manner it was easy to set up and appointment and I didn’t have to wait along time to get one. Once arrived was very respectful tried to fix my tv and saw he could T and instantly put in for me to get a gift card to replace it. I went and picked out my new tv the next day

I have learned if I only have to make one phone call for help it has paid for itself. I purchased a new TV for our bedroom, our first smart TV. Didn’t understand why I couldn’t get it hooked up and working. The geek squad tech talked me thru the setup. He was quickly able to tell me I was missing the correct cable between TV and box. He told me what part was required. Once I got that part (a whole different story and review) I was set up and watching TV in less than 15 minutes.

Very professional team installed my TV and took away the old one. All my questions were answered,
