Cant take the chance just go with the Squad iv always had issues in the past with returns and geek squad takes care of everything no hassle

We love the geek squad. I always recommend getting a protection plan even if you don’t/won’t use it! It is worth it! I will not buy another large item without a protection plan. Geek squad is nice and very quick with what they do.

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.

Purchased this 5 year plan for my OLED Tv. Best buy is the only retailer I found that covers burn in as part of their warranty. Only warranty worth the price for OLEDs in the U.S

It’s a must to have the Geek Squad protect and repair any of your items! It’s definitely worth it!

The quality on the screen is impeccable and don’t get me started on the colors. truly worth every penny. it fits perfectly in any setting. If you want luxury and quality, this is it.

As i am familiar with the brand & the best buy geek squad protection i highly recommend purchasing the protection its a no nonsense policy. The geek squad protection insures that your item will either be repaired or replaced.

I needed them to connect our new tv to our sound system. They were quite knowledgeable, very effective and great to work with.

Honestly not a big fan of “warranties” or as Best Buy calls it “geek squad protection” but in their case, they are the exception to the rule. I have never had a single issue with a product needing repair when I purchased their protection plan. They are pretty much the only company, who offers them instore, I can say that about. Kudos Best Buy!!!

Worth the value. Easy add on to purchase. Have used Geek Squad for previous purchases and they are great to work with.

Geek Squad came in to look at my 55" TV, diagnosed the problem in a timely manner & before i knew it I was getting a new TV. I was able to upgrade to a 65" I had a 5 year warranty on the old TV, so Best Buy delivered a new TV at my door. I also have put another 5 year warranty on my replacement TV.

I always get the protection plan a d the times I had to use it, no questions asked. My item was either repaired or replaced in a reasonable time frame.

Whenever I buy a big electronic item I always purchase a warranty you just really never know the way products are made these days. Better to be safe than sorry. And I’ve never had a problem with bringing an item back -hassle free

This is a service plan, an insurance plan for any possible issues w/ the equipment we purchased. The actual evaluation isn't particularly valid until such time we have to make a call... then, truth will out.
