I used to avoid the Geek Squad or any insurance protection on devices but now since I have protected almost everything I buy now. It is safer to pay a few extra dollars then to pay a full price to have it fixed or be purchased again. I recommend this product with BestBuy!!

I was very excited when the agent told me that am qualified for new TV and I will also get a refund for the difference in price.

Always get the protection!!!! Even when you think you don’t need it I promise you that you will. If you get a horrible power surge and your TV goes out Geek Squad will be able to fix it or replace it so you don’t have to spend a thousand on a new one!

Wish I had know Best Buy will come To You on TV’s over 40”. Still great service and replacements !

There is no other store that provides the same protection as Geek Squad. I get it on everything I buy! They make it so simple, and if I ever have a problem, I feel safe. I have had to replace 2 different items in the past year. With other stores, i feel like I am being interrogated. Not at Best Buy. Here's the problem, here's the replacement. Done!

Having insurance gives us some relief as the new TV we bought is in great quality and we want to make sure it can get fixed if something were to happen to it.

When I first got this five year warranty. I was skeptical but it was a 70 inch screen TV and I thought if Something Happens in five years at least I can get a new one. And sure enough before the five year warranty was up I had a new TV.

Usually I will always add the geek squad warranty. It has paid off many times. Especially on my gaming keyboards and fitness watches.

Repair was good but contacting a person on the phone to make an appointment (or anything else) is extremely frustrating !
