    Purchased a 2 yr Geek Squad, with the Hisense H8G..Haven't needed it yet, but with the Panel lottery, LED's going out etc, it's a good backstop..If you have OLED, I think this is the only extended warranty that offers protection from burn-in (vs SquareTrade and others).

    I am so glad I purchased this television. The picture quality is just beautiful. I tell all my friends and family about this television. It is so easy to get to everything you want to watch because it is all at the bottom of your screen instead of having to scroll all over the place. It is the best purchase I have ever made!! Thank you Best Buy!!!

    Although many people don't like paying extra for protection plans, it gives me peace of mind. I have had some unexpected mishaps with my devices and knowing that I can make an appointment and get my device fixed without an additional cost is worth it to me.

    When I purchased my LG TV from Best Buy, I was more than pleased to find the excellent service contract that was available, and for such an affordable price. That made my purchase all the more fantastic, knowing that any maintenance I might need in the future would be handled by experienced Best Buy service techs. Thanks, Best Buy! You Rock!

    Best Help EVER!! Thanks geek squad for all the help! They are great and always willing to help. They offer great service and come to your home if needed. No need to take your products to them if there large. They know what there doing & akways find a solution. No hesitations to get the protection anytime its really worth it!

    We bought the protection plan when we bought the TV. The TV broke after about two or three year as the GEEK squad gave me a brand new one and installed ir and I paid nothing extra.

    It's good to have the protection plan in case something goes wrong with the tv. I like that geek squad will make house calls for any needed service unlike at other retailers where you would have to mail a large tv for service!

    The Geek Squad warranty is the bomb. It can cover up to 5 years, then replace it effortlessly if needed.

    Geek Squad 2 Year Protection Plan

    The agent was very helpful in identifying that my old plan didn't give me the benefits that would help me save money on my current CPU issues. He refunded (pro-rated) the old plan, signed me up for the new plan and I saved $75.00 overall. Jay with Geek Squad is the bomb!

    My brand new LG TV (December) went out and Best Buy passed me along to LG because it was still under warranty. Best Buy would have had this already fixed, but now my TV is out, has been for over a week and the terrible repair people that LG passed me off on are saying that MAYBE sometime next week it will be fixed. TERRIBLE! Why did I pay Best Buy extra to protect it if they are not doing anything about my dead TV? I sure hope that 2 year protection plans restarts itself once my TV is actually operational again.

    bought 65" insignia 4k tv in july - hdmi ports (all 3) failed in mid november - purchased 4 year geek squad svc contract - contacted geek squad service - 4 separate chat sessions, and 1 telephone call later, they have yet to have the repair person come to my home to put a new motherboard in my tv - it is not even scheduled!! on the telephone call this morning, their rep said they did not even have a repair person in this area (syracuse, ny), to service tv's. they took my money for the contract but can't even provide the service!! buyers beware of this tactic - service is not part of their dna!!!

    The tv quality itself is great. The speaker is decent but i did pair it with a bose sound bar instead. Took a star off because the remote is cheaply made and has to be paired if you change the batteries.
