I've actually had to use this service before with a crappy Vizio TV i had in the past and if they can fix it they fix it if they can't fix it and the TV is crap they will let you exchange it no questions so if you protect your investment then you need this.

Really a must have for any device that you have. Recommended.

I have used the protection plan before and got a new TV when it couldn't be repaired, and we have a lot of lightning storms where I live now. Got a good price on TV but I want to be safe and not sorry.

I purchase my 5yr warranty for this TV before have too go online you read everything l need too know. We must not forgive too take carere of the customers needs l dont agree with all the new rules because l'm over 60. Idont need the Robot to run my life

They combined the insurance and installation as one package, so it is stressfree without worrying if we can install the TV correctly especially it is 65". And it combined with an insurance replacement plan for 5 years, so if they did the installation incorrectly, and the TV dropped or cracked, then they will have to replace it.

Great price just in case. Esp for older family members when you’re not around to help.

called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

I feel so very secure knowing that I have this extra protection . I bought this item at an open box purchase and was feeling a little skeptical about It since it was open box but it looks brand-new and with the extra protection that was offered along with it I am not worried about anything going wrong because if it does I'm protected.

With today’s quality in electronics, you need an extended warranty plan. I’ve had to use it a while back on another product and the Geek Squad rep came to my house to address and repair the issue. It’s cheap insurance worth having.

Got this protection for my TV. Haven’t had to use it but I always get the protection because of the great customer service I have ever had when I have had to use them. Better to be safe then sorry

After buying ii my products, i dont use my plan for now because my products are really good.

Geek Squad provides excellent service. I take my PC in quarterly for a clean up and they are always on time, happy to provide service and are thorough with any questions or concerns I may have and provide excellent feedback on how my equipment is running.

Heavier than larger tvs,I purchased the 48 and was blown away by how much it weighed?But the picture and performance and quality make up for that easily.

The techs were great in installing all of our purchases and in explaining how they worked. We have them for 5 years so check later and we will let you know over the long haul. I can’t imagine anything but excellent service based on what we have seen so far.

Always need the protection plans! Anything can happen!

Purchased this Geek Squad protection plan to hedge my investment into our new Sony flat screen TV. Hopefully, I may never have to use it but if I do, I am confident that Best Buy will fix the problem quickly and without any hassles.
