Overall satisfied by return and replacement. However, telephone communication regarding whether warranty would transfer to replacement and help set up when delivered was was very poor. What we were told over the phone and in the writing on the email confirmations was misleading at best. Be very sure you understand 5,year warty does NOT trnsfer to replacement TV even if 4 years were remaining on contract. And unless original set was set up by Geek Squad, they drop the box off and leave. 75” set is hard to hand for two people in 65-75 year old range. Get the correct answers in advance!!! Would still recommend Geek Squad, but watch your back.

If you are buying any type of electronic you should also be protecting your investment with a protection plan! Electronics are electronics and stuff can go wrong and if you have protection, you have NO worries in the world on your investment!

The agent had great customer service and great communication. He explained every step in the process of fixing my tv and made sure all my appointments were scheduled at convenient times for me.

I have not used the Geek Squad yet but if I have any issues I would definitely use them.

Purchased this protection plan along with a tablet I bought. The tablet unfortunately does not get as good of a rating as the protection, and thanks to the protection plan and Geek Squad the issues with the tablet have been fixed (more than once). Geek Squad always helpful and friendly. Have used them for other products as well.

These plans from Best Buy are very valuable. I have bought them in the past and had to use it for my last TV. It definitely paid for itself.

Geek Squad protection is always a plus. Had an incident from the past. A defect appeared months after ownership-Item was replaced with no hassle. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that stands behind what they sell!

Worth it! Changed my TV three times in three years due to normal wear and tear. For each replacement did not have to pay more $100 for my new TV (each a different brand). Never get a TV without this warranty.

When my old tv's screen broke out of nowhere, the Geek squad did all they could, but nothing could be done for the screen, but they gave the credit (the price of the tv) so I could buy another one.

Outstanding service contract. The price was right and the coverage is great. It gives me peace of mind to know that my electronics are covered by a great contract. One might take a chance and go without the contract, but, i'd rather be safe than sorry.

Our tv power supply stopped working. Geek spuad was fast and Professional. The people who came to work on my tv had a good attitude and liked there job 10 out of 10

5 year warranty for a very decent price. It's hard to review something I haven't use but it's an affordable insurance. Never used Geek Squad before. Didn't like Best buy's last insurance partner.
