Geek Squad protection has been a great asset to me in the past. I always make sure to purchase the protection plan with my electronics. Geek Squad staff has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I've needed them.

Good service quality, very kind, fast solution, they check and give a solution in less than a week.

Anything over the size of a tablet I always get extra insurance. Always always ask if protection you buy starts after the one year warranty or immediately each place is different

Don't want to have one component go south and leave your whole setup in a lurch, right? Your best bet is to just throw money at the protection plan for each item. Worst case scenario you'll never need it and curse this review for making you spend extra money, but in a pinch? You'll be grateful.

Geek squad great company had issues with my tv they replaced it!!!

Geek squad has always been a wise purchase. My last TV stopped working after a couple years, and geek squad covered everything,

I have had a previous geeks Squad plan and when my TV had issues they handled it in a timely manner and gave me the cost of the tv back since it could not be fixed

I like the service I like the fact that I feel comfortable knowing that all my items are protected and also getting TV mounts in, not having to worry about doing the hard work

I bought a 85 inch Samsung tv from Best Buy and to be frank, I’m loving it very much. It’s very easy to use and i have not had any difficult problem setting it up.

Got a 2 year warranty on my sons tv. He had a seizure and he fell on the tv which caused it to crack n they hindered the warranty even tho it was accidental.

Fast response to service calls . The Geek squad tech was fast and very concerned for my technical issues with my TV . Also very knowledgeable .
